The building company FILTO-S was established on 20.07.1990. Up until now we have constructed 65 residential and administrative buildings on the territory of Sofia with a total built-up area of more than 200 000m². Together with the buildings we have constructed we also develop the adjacent infrastructure and urbanization arrangements. In the next three years we expect to develop building sites with a developed building area of more than 60 000m2 concentrated in the complexes of a closed type MOTOPISTA part II, Cite Jardin, offices and bank complex at Todor Aleksandrov boulevard.

The option of changing the layout of the apartments, once you have made your choice is available to anyone who has bought from us. In terms of construction works and technical capabilities we can satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding client. Many different additions or changes could be made to every apartment/house that we build. Individual projects for the interior elements, kitchens and bathrooms could be prepared if we’re notified on time and as long as the changes are technologicaly acceptable and within the engineering and building regulations that we must meet.
